Shipping Information

How long will it take you to ship the order?
The items that are in stock and ready will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
For custom orders processing time is up to 4 weeks. I will work on custom orders in the order they were placed. I will do my best to get all custom orders sent out as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! My packages are shipped from Estonia. Within Europe the shipping will take between 1-2 weeks. To countries outside of Europe the shipping will take 2-4 weeks, depending on the postal carrier and customs within your country.
Please note that customers are responsible for possible import taxes.

How to handle a lost package?
Every postal service can experience delays. Typically the order should arrive within 30 days after I have shipped the package. If 30 days have passed and you still have not received your order, please check the tracking information. If you have any concerns, you may contact me.

What if tracking information says package was delivered but I have not received it?
Check your porch, inside and outside of your house. Talk to your household members and neighbors, perhaps one of them accepted the package on behalf of you and forgot to tell you. If you still can't find your package, I recommend calling the postal service and providing them with the tracking number. Hopefully they can help with tracking down the package.

How will I receive my crochet pattern?
Crochet patterns are digital downloads and in PDF format. After you complete the purchase, a link will be sent to your email address where you can download the PDF pattern. Please note that in case you download a pattern, no physical item will be sent to you.
