Refund Policy

According to the EU law, you have 14 days from when you received the package to refund the item(s). 

Please note that all ordered items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase.

You as a customer will pay for the shipping cost and the shipping must include a tracking number.

If you would like to initiate a refund, please email me at [email protected]. Once accepted, you can return the item. If you send the item back to me without contacting me first, you will not be refunded.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for digital downloads.
